This past Saturday I was honored to receive 1st place at The Golden Dragon Warrior Event in Taichi forms. With this accomplishment it encourages me to improve my practice that I bring to you and many others. My question to you is what do you currently do to improve? Do you compete, take an online class, take lesson for a hobby to hone your skill? I encourage you to do so and with that live an extraordinary life so when we are gone other with know our legacy.
