My Journey
My journey to be a fitness professional began over 35 years ago as I had always been active in some form or another, I played sports as a youth, a veteran in the U.S. Army and a fitness professional for 20 yrs+.
At 25 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer, after surgery just two months later it cancer came back. I spent six months of chemotherapy treatments for the cancer, all this equaling about a year. I was left with an out of shape body unable to perform simple feats such as walking up a single flight of stairs.
I decided it would be in my best interest to become more focused on my lifestyle. I yoyoed from 280 lbs. to 260 then after the chemotherapy treatment was over, I ballooned to over 300 lbs. My life was a wreck but with motivation and determination I refocused my energy on activity and nutrition. That was just the beginning, now I have been certified through several entities and continues to learn.
My portfolio of clientele vary from ages 6-92 with many skill sets, including
